Masonry Cement |
Masonry cement is a combination of portland cement, plasticizing materials and additives which together enhance board life, workability, water retention and durability. Masonry cements are classified by ASTM into three types, designated by letters N, S or M indicating their strength properties. Flamingo-BRIXMENT® Colored Cement Products |
Essroc carefully selects and blends the highest quality pigments to create the highest quality colored cements. Flamingo-BRIXMENT Masonry Cement and Portland Lime Cement are available in Type N and S in over 80 colors.
Flamingo-BRIXMENT with INTRAPEL WATER REPELLENT SYSTEM eliminates the need for job site mixing and contains a dry water repellent tested according to ASTM E 514. Flamingo-BRIXMENT Portland Cement is also available in Type I portland cement. |

Portland Cement and Portland Cement Lime Blend |
Saylor’s® Portland Cement is a specially formulated cement available in three types. Type I is for general purpose and is the most commonly used. Type II offers resistance to sulfate attack, and Type III offers high early strength. Saylor’s® P.L.U.S. (Portland Lime Uniform Strength) is a pre-packaged cement and lime blend consisting of Type I portland cement and Type S hydrated lime. |
